Return Policy
At SkinMD (Monika G Kiripolsky MD, Inc.), the health and safety of our customers are our top priority. Due to the nature of our skincare and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, dissatisfaction, or allergic reactions. All sales are considered final once your order is confirmed.

By completing your purchase on goskinmd.com, you acknowledge and agree to this no-returns policy, in accordance with California Civil Code §1723, which requires clear disclosure when a retailer offers less than a seven-day full refund or exchange period.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@goskinmd.com and include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will provide a replacement for the affected item at no cost to you. Refunds are not issued for these cases unless a replacement is unavailable.

Please note that we cannot process claims reported more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds
In the rare case a refund is approved (for example, if a replacement item is unavailable), refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Applicable sales tax will be refunded for California orders. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to post to your account.

International Orders
We currently ship internationally; however, all international sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. Duties, customs fees, and taxes are non-refundable.

Exclusions
We do not accept returns for any products purchased at Dr. Monika Kiripolsky's practice, third-party retailers, marketplaces (including Amazon or Walmart), or unauthorized resellers. Please contact the place of purchase for their specific return policies.

Right to Deny or Limit Returns
SkinMD reserves the right to deny or limit replacements or refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or excessive claims.
